Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods or for made-to-order items.

Delivery Time
Astrave works with fulfillment partners located both domestically and internationally. Estimated delivery time is 7–28 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the product and fulfillment location. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Rates
Calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Multiple Items
Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different locations and arrive at different times — this is normal, not an error.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at jonathan@astrave.shop and we'll help locate it or determine next steps.
